What kind of delivery options do you offer?
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days. For an additional fee, next day delivery is available when purchases are made before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Are Jota Sox reusable or do I throw them away after one use?
If the consumer is using the product simply for dry skin and the feet show no sign of infection, Jota Sox can be washed with anti-bacterial soap, warm water and laid flat to dry. They are typically good for 4-6 uses, depending on how long the individual wears them during each treatment. Should your feet bleed from dry, cracked heels, you have open wounds on the feet or a severe case of  fungus discard after one use, DO NOT reuse product!

What if I'm allergic to latex?
Non-latex socks will be available in the near future.
